Smoothies with Substance

People often ask me what I eat for breakfast and truth be told, I start nearly every morning with a smoothie. Smoothies are delicious, super nutritious and take no more than a few minutes to whip up, making my busy mornings a lot easier and keeping me full until lunchtime. I have put together some of my favorite smoothie recipes for you and I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!

These smoothies are a great way to start your day, refuel after a workout, or just to enjoy for a sweet treat or nutritious meal replacement.

Most smoothies are made mainly of fruit and contain more sugar than a candy bar, leaving you hungry within an hour or so when you get that blood sugar crash. Not these bad boys! They are all loaded with protein, fiber, and antioxidants to start your day off right, and they are also soy, dairy, gluten, and peanut free with no added sugars.

Grab this recipe book chock full of simple and delicious smoothie concoctions that won’t leave you feeling hungry—and that you’ll want to make again and again!
