I'm Jeannie Oliver, Certified Health Coach, NASM Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist. My quest is to help you discover the foods, habits and exercise that best serve and empower you to look and feel your best.
My clients are busy people who often travel and can find it hard to fit in a longer program between trips and events. And with our busy, sometimes stressful lifestyles, even the most disciplined people get off track or fall into bad habits from time to time. This week-long anti-inflammatory program was created to help you reestablish good eating habits and feel better, less stressed, and more energetic in the process.
